No. The minimum hire charge is
$264.00 (inc GST), allowing for seven days hire. Each subsequent day will be charged for
on pro-rata basis.

Not unless the delivery
distance is excessive. Delivery, installation and insurance are
included.

Do the bathrooms include a
toilet? |

No, but a porta pot toilet can
be supplied at a charge of $33.00 per week (inc GST) on the condition that it is returned
emptied and clean.
